Who is responsible

Serhii Mahas, an individual developer based in Znojmo, Czechia, runs this website and decides how your data is used. Contact for anything on this page: magas.sergio@gmail.com.

What I collect

Booking form: your name, your email address, an optional topic and the time slot you choose.

Assistant chat: the messages you type or say to the assistant on this site.

Technical data: like any website, the hosting provider sees your IP address and basic request details when you load a page or use the assistant. This is also used briefly to limit abuse.

Cookies and similar technologies: only essential ones unless you accept analytics or marketing cookies (see Cookies below). There are no user accounts.

Why, and on what basis

To answer your questions and arrange the call you ask for (taking steps at your request, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics and advertising measurement happen only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. Your details are not sold, and I do not send marketing emails.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes request data to deliver it.

Anthropic processes your assistant messages through its API to generate replies, when the live assistant is switched on.

Google processes booking details: the call is created in Google Calendar with a Google Meet link, and Google emails you the invitation. If you accept the matching cookies, Google also processes analytics data (Google Analytics) and advertising data (Google Ads).

If you use voice input, your browser may send the audio to its own speech service (for example Google in Chrome). That happens in your browser under that vendor's terms, not on my server.

Cookies

Necessary: remember your language and your cookie choice and keep the site secure. Always on.

Analytics (off until you agree): Google Analytics records pages visited, session length, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and referral source. Data is kept for no longer than 14 months.

Marketing (off until you agree): Google Ads uses advertising identifiers, pages visited and conversion events to measure and improve advertising and to show ads to people who visited this site.

You can review and change your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. Nothing in the analytics or marketing categories is set until you agree.

International transfers

Cloudflare, Anthropic and Google are based in the United States and may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where the provider is certified) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long I keep it

Assistant conversations are not stored by this site. Booking details stay in my calendar for as long as needed to hold the call and follow up, and are deleted up to 12 months after our last contact, or sooner when you ask. Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months. Provider logs are kept under the providers' own policies.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and you can cancel a booking at any time. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. Write to magas.sergio@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
